Sessions offer an informal space to connect with others, share challenges and wins, and explore gradual lifestyle change through outdoor activities rather than diets, weigh-ins or rigid programs.

The group is grounded in a body-neutral, trauma-informed approach, with a focus on wellbeing, self-respect and community support rather than punishment or perfection.

This group is offered when sufficient interest is received, with sessions scheduled to allow a small, supportive group size.

Growing as a Family

Expression of Interest

Growing as a Family is a seasonal, nature-based program for families to slow down, connect, and build everyday skills together. Run over the spring and summer months, the program uses simple farm and garden activities to support connection, confidence, and shared experiences.

Sessions focus on spending time together in a relaxed outdoor setting, with activities that encourage cooperation, curiosity and enjoyment rather than performance or pressure.

The program is designed to be inclusive, low-demand and supportive of diverse family structures and needs.

Neurodiversity Circle for Adults

Expression of Interest

The Neurodiversity Circle for Adults is a calm, nature-based peer support group for neurodivergent adults, including autistic, ADHD, AuDHD and otherwise neurodivergent people (diagnosed or self-identified).

Sessions offer a low-pressure space for connection and shared understanding, supported by gentle outdoor activities rather than structured teaching or clinical intervention.

The group is delivered within a neurodiversity-affirming framework, with no expectation to mask, perform, or participate in any particular way.

This group is offered when sufficient interest is received, with sessions scheduled to maintain a small, contained group size.

PEERS® Social Skills Group

Expression of Interest

The PEERS® Social Skills Group is a structured, evidence-based program for teenagers and young adults who want support to build practical social skills, including conversation, friendships, and navigating social situations.

This program is offered once sufficient interest is received. Groups are scheduled when a suitable cohort can be formed.

The program is delivered within a neurodiversity-affirming framework. Skills are taught as optional tools, with no expectation to mask or conform to neurotypical norms.
