Nurse Practitioner Services

Clinical support for neurodivergent adults

I provide Nurse Practitioner care with a focus on supporting adults with ADHD, ASD, and complex or overlapping symptoms. My approach is steady, collaborative and paced. I aim to make appointments predictable, respectful and tailored to different communication and processing needs.

I do not offer quick fixes or guaranteed outcomes. My role is to help you understand your symptoms, explore appropriate pathways, and make informed decisions at a pace that feels comfortable.

ADHD Support

  • Clinical assessment

  • Diagnostic pathways and referral where needed

  • Medication planning and careful titration

  • Education on attention, executive function and practical strategies

ASD Pathways (Adults)

  • Screening and structured clinical interviews

  • Guidance on formal diagnostic processes

  • Support planning based on communication, sensory and processing needs

Support for Complex Symptoms

Many people experience symptoms that don’t sit neatly within one condition.
I can help with clinical assessment and management planning for concerns such as:

  • Fatigue and reduced stamina

  • Dizziness or postural symptoms

  • Gut sensitivity or reactivity

  • Joint pain or hypermobility

  • Allergic-type reactions, flushing or hives

  • Medication intolerance or unusual responses

  • Sensory overload, burnout or emotional fatigue

Where specialist assessment is needed, I will refer.

Medication Support

  • ADHD medication titration

  • Medication reviews

  • Support for people who are sensitive to medicines

  • Shared decision-making

I do not advertise or promote specific prescription medicines.

Lifestyle and Integrative Approaches

I have completed short-course training in lifestyle and integrative medicine and am enrolled in a Master of Integrative Medicine.
Within my current scope, I offer:

  • Sleep and circadian planning

  • Nutrition and gut-focused strategies

  • Stress and pacing approaches

  • Evidence-informed complementary options

These are used alongside conventional medical care, not as replacements.

How I Work

  • Collaborative, with shared decision-making

  • Clear explanations without jargon

  • Options laid out step-by-step

  • Respect for sensory needs and processing preferences

  • Referrals to other clinicians when needed

Who This May Suit

People who:

  • Identify as neurodivergent or are exploring ADHD/ASD

  • Experience multiple overlapping symptoms

  • Have been dismissed or overwhelmed in other healthcare settings

  • Prefer a slower, clearer, structured approach

  • Want support interpreting their symptoms and options
