Tinkers Farm offers small group programs and training experiences that combine practical learning, nature and reflective activities.
Programs can be delivered for professionals, workplaces, and community groups. Group sizes and session formats vary depending on the program. Enquiries are welcome for organisations, schools and community groups.

The Feedback Field is an experiential learning program designed to help professionals develop relational skills, presence and communication within teams.
Through guided exercises with horses and nature-based activities, participants receive immediate feedback that supports reflection on leadership, communication and group dynamics.
The program is particularly suited to professionals working in healthcare, education, leadership and other team-based roles.
