Delivered outdoors on our farm.

Structured therapy with a workbook run over 4-8 sessions. We can cover the following topics:

An evidence-based program to support children, teens and adults to develop social skills and confidence. Run over 16 weeks.
1:1 90min session in person each week
1:1 45min social coaching session via telehealth
Handouts and homework each week
1:1 60min parent support session each week for youth clients
Can be run as a group or individually

A structured DBT program done 1:1 over 12-24 weeks which involves:
1:1 60min session in person or via Telehealth each week
1:1 45min session on the phone/telehealth each week to revise and practice
Handouts and homework each week

This program integrates social-emotional learning with academics. The curriculum runs over 15 sessions however some students require more time to cover the materials.
We cover topics around Decoding, Fluency Vocabulary, and comprehension.
