We offer a variety of therapeutic activities to suit everyone. Get in touch to discuss your needs and interests.

  • 1:1 therapy incorporating mindfulness, CBT, DBT and ACT therapy. Fully customised to whatever you need in the moment.

    Delivered outdoors on our farm.

  • Structured therapy with a workbook run over 4-8 sessions. We can cover the following topics:

    • Proprioception

    • Mindfulness

    • Self Esteem and Identity

    • Boundaries and Consent

    • Managing Emotions

    • Managing Grief

    • Friends and Health Relationships

    • Building Confidence

    • Study Skills

  • An evidence-based program to support children, teens and adults to develop social skills and confidence. Run over 16 weeks.

    • 1:1 90min session in person each week

    • 1:1 45min social coaching session via telehealth

    • Handouts and homework each week

    • 1:1 60min parent support session each week for youth clients

    Can be run as a group or individually

  • A structured DBT program done 1:1 over 12-24 weeks which involves:

    • 1:1 60min session in person or via Telehealth each week

    • 1:1 45min session on the phone/telehealth each week to revise and practice

    • Handouts and homework each week

  • This program integrates social-emotional learning with academics. The curriculum runs over 15 sessions however some students require more time to cover the materials.

    We cover topics around Decoding, Fluency Vocabulary, and comprehension.
