Group Programs

Pregnancy Loss Support Group

A calm, nature-based space for people who have experienced pregnancy loss to connect, reflect, and find gentle companionship. Each session offers low-pressure activities and supportive presence rather than structured therapy or formal discussion.

What it’s not

Healthy Habits / Weight-Loss Circle

A monthly, informal space for anyone wanting support with sustainable, compassionate weight-loss journeys. We meet outdoors on the farm—walking the paddocks, tending the garden, doing simple nature-based activities—and creating time to talk honestly about the challenges, wins, mindset shifts, and setbacks that come with changing our relationship with food, movement, and health

This group is for anyone who wants: - A supportive place to share struggles without judgement - Accountability that feels gentle, not punitive - A focus on wellbeing, not diets - Community connection rather than doing it alone - Slow, sustainable lifestyle change grounded in self-respect What to expect - Low-key outdoor activities like garden tasks, short walks, campfire chats or seasonal tasks - Optional sharing—talk as much or as little as you like - A trauma-informed, body-neutral environment - Space for neurodivergent needs (movement, breaks, stepping out) - No weigh-ins, no diet plans, no pressure Practical details - Monthly sessions - Fridays (dates below) - $20 per session - Bookings required - Wear comfortable outdoor clothing; weather shapes the day - Not a therapy or counselling group—this is peer support with gentle facilitation
