Sefronia

Nurse Practitioner and Credentialed Mental Health Nurse

Sefronia is a Nurse Practitioner and Credentialed Mental Health Nurse who has worked with adolescents and adults across acute, community and prison mental health services. With expertise in depression, anxiety, PTSD, AOD, personality disorders and a special interest in ADHD and Autism.

She has additional training in various psychological interventions including DBT, CBT and mindfulness.

Matt

Registered Teacher & Experienced STEM Tutor

Matt has a double degree in High School Teaching/Science. He spent five years working in Questacon outreach and three years at a tech school.

Matt has lived experience of disability (CMT) and has a passion for supporting people to fulfil their dreams and passions no matter their challenges thought a strengths-based approach.

He has designed and developed STEM equipment used at high schools and universities and is passionate about supporting people with ADHD through tutoring, mentoring and workshops.

He also runs professional development workshops about ADHD.
